Set the Default Scheduling Status
You can set the default scheduling status to Pending, which means that the scheduled item must be approved before entering the workflow, or you can set it to Approved, which means that the scheduled item automatically enters the workflow.
To set the default scheduling status, complete the following steps:
- Click .
- Click Configure Company Details.
- On the General tab, in the Default Scheduling Status section, select Pending or Approved.
- Click Update Agency Details.
